The first Xerox Trivor 2400 HD in Central Europe

At the turn of 2019/2020 we were the first in Poland and Central Europe to install the fastest continuous feed machine for black and white inkjet digital printing in HD quality. Due to its amazing speed (200 meters per minute) it can print 1340 A5 books of 250 pages per hour.

The device uses high-density (HD) inks optimized for printing both uncoated and dedicated coated media. We currently use 70, 80 and 90gsm offset, Creamy 2.0 70 and 80 gsm, Munken

Print Cream 1.5 80 and 90 gsm for continuous feed printing. On request, we can order paper from a list of nearly 100 tested for inkjet printing.

The use of roll paper makes the time from order placement until the moment of printing extremely short, because the paper does not require prior cutting on a guillotine. Similarly after printing - thanks to Hunkeler cutting lines, the finished block of the book goes directly to the binder.
Most importantly, in Xerox Trivor the drop size can be adjusted to the type of job being printed. As a result, we are the first in Poland to offer monochrome printing in 1200 dpi quality.
